In 2011 and Ministerial Resolution No. 11 of 2011 issued on February 28, 2011, the foundation of Bani Jamra Charity Fund was transformed into a charity and registered in the registration of associations and social and cultural clubs under No. 5 / C / Kh. The headquarters of the Association and its area of ​​operation is the village of Bani Jamra and its geographical extensions and its statute is published in the Official Gazette No. 2992 issued on 24 March 2011.
